Job Description
Role & Responsibility
1) Patient improvement/ Satisfaction/ Patient referral
2. Patient Adherence/Grievances
3. Staff Retention
- Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment according to their illness.
- Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements.
- Prescribe, administer and dispense medication in accordance with state of their health.
- Understand the patient query/problem and provide the right resolution.
- Better counselling with sympathy skills to the patient.
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
- Create care plans, coordinate diagnostic tests and other services, and counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Keep detailed notes of the patient for the future reference
- Giving appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health.
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients.
- Follow Company protocol.
- Ensure to give right care plans to right patient.
- Meeting targets set by the Management for specified treatments/Plans/ Health related product.
- Responsible for the Clinic portability in the respective of Medical product.
- Approach to the Patient for new navjeevan plans according to their treatment.
- Responsible for check- up of all booking slot.
- Responsible for total footfall during the whole month.
- Responsible for New Patient Appointment.
- Check with PKT & ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
2. Patient Adherence/Grievances
- Professional approach must be adopted with all patients.
- Providing best treatment support to the patient during Clinic visit.
- Give proper & detailed Guidance to the patient for the particular treatment.
- Establish good professional rapport with the patient in the Clinic.
- Clear all the doubts of patient if they have any.
- Listen attentively patient query.
3. Staff Retention
- To assist in management of patients and provide backup support to consultant.
- Make sure all the staff of clinic not having any grievances.
- Build up good professional relations with all staff.
- If any staff member have any issue, resolve it patiently and calmly.
- Responsible for staff retention.
Desire Skill Required
1. Qualification & Experience
- Candidates should have degree of BAMS.
- Candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience.
- Candidate must have experience of Basic Excel
- Candidate should have MS-office experience.
- Proven experience in MIS.
2. Skills
- Candidate should have proactive skills.
- Good Communication skills in Hindi, local language.
- Candidate should have strong written skills.
- Ability of decision making and Problem solving.
- Candidate should have analytical & convening power.
- Candidate must have leadership quality.
