About The Event:
The event took place simultaneously at more than 10 different cities, with Thane being the main centre. Diabetic patients who underwent Madhavbaug’s treatment were tested live for glucose tolerance at multiple centres in the country to prove that their diabetes was reversed or under control. Patients with blood glucose value below 200mg/dL 2 hours after sugar intake passed the test and were considered as GTT negative.
How The Largest Type 2 Diabetes Reversal Event Was Conducted
661 patients who underwent Madhavbaug’s Diabetes Reversal treatment were checked for “Fasting Blood Sugar” first. They were then administered 75g of glucose (sugar) and their blood sugar was tested after 1 hour and 2 hours from the time of ingestion.
The event was recorded live across multiple venues, with Thane being the central location, connected to the other locations. Also, a panel of medical experts including Madhavbaug’s founder and CEO Dr Rohit Sane, Chief Medical Officer Dr Gurudatta Amin, MIPC Chair Professor Dr Jagdish Hiremath and cheif dietician Sneha Paranjpe answered the queries of 500+ patients through video conference during the event. The live recording of the event where Madhavbaug entered the India Book of Records for maximum GTTs conducted at a time was witnessed by thousands across the country through digital channels.
A New India Record
This was the first of its kind, largest type 2 diabetes reversal event and has become an India Record. The event also signifies that type 2 diabetes is reversible naturally without the usage of heavy medications and insulin. With over 5 lakh patients successfully treated for lifestyle disorders over 14+ years, Madhavbaug is on the front foot to create bigger records in the days to come.
