Goodilax Tablet

Goodilax Tablet is mainly comprised of Guduchu extract. Goodilax is antioxidant and antiinflammatory, it protects organs like liver, pancreas, endothelium etc from oxidative damage and dysfunction. It has antihyperglycemic action in DM 2 patients. Goodilax is also an immune modulator, also It normalizes uric acid metabolism.

Goodilax Tablet is inspired from Amrita Guggulu, concentration of Guduchi is increased while Guggulu is omited. Guduci is Katu- Tikta- Kashaya Rasa, Madhura Rasa, Ushna Virya and Laghu. Guduchi is Dipan, Grahi, potent Rasayana and Balya. It pacifies all three Dosha and recommended in Ama, Pandu, Jwara, Prameha, Mutrakrichra, Trishna, Daha, Vatarakta, Shwasa, Kasa, Kushtha and Hridroga. Dantimool and Trivrit are Tikshna, Mala Virechan and Dosha Virechan. Shunthi, Marich, Pippali are Katu, Ushna, Dipana, Pachaana. Amlaki, Haritaki and Bibhitak are Rasayan, Anulomana and Tridosha Hara. Vidanga is Krimighna and plays role in modulation of Dhatwagni. Combinedly Goodi Tablet is Rasayana, Amapachana, Doshashodhana and immunomodulator.

Piperin in Marich and Pippali is vasodilator, anti-inflammatory, analgesic. Stimulates removal of metabolic wastes from site and promotes natural healing process. Guduchi has been reported to mediate its anti-diabetic potential through mitigating oxidative stress (OS), promoting insulin secretion and also by inhibiting gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis, thereby regulating blood glucose. Alkaloids, tannins, cardiac glycosides, flavonoids, saponins, and steroids as the major phytoconstituents of Guduchi have been reported to play an anti-diabetic role.

Guduchi extract have been reported to affect the proliferation, differentiation and mineralization of bone like matrix on osteoblast model systems in vitro and hence finds potential application as an anti-osteoporotic agent and in osteoporosis. Dantimool is purgative, anti-inflammatory, laxative in nature , it acts as a blood purifier , also helps in reducing edema. Dantimool is also antipyretic in. Vidang is a powerful laxative that helps reduce edema , it also shows anthelmintic propertythat helps get rid of all kinds of worms and fungal infections.It is also antipyertic in nature.

Vidang and Shunthi is enriched with the antioxidants properties and prevents the joint damage from free radical , thereby curing hyperurcemia .Bibhitak with its anti-inflmmatory property is widely used to treat rheumatic disorders. Amla is a rich source of vitamin C. The bioactive component in amla is thought to inhibit XO activity that reduce the formation of uric acid and alleviate inflammation . The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant property of Haritaki due to the bioactive compounds like gallic acid and ellagic acid helps pacify gout and rheumatism .Trivrit is a potent purgative in nature , its anti-inflammatory , anti-arthritic and anti-diabeteic.
