DIRECTIONS OF USE
- Take 40 gms of Idli Atta Mix in a bowl and add 90 ml of water without forming lumps.
- Add grated vegetables like carrot and cabbage, add salt and ginger-garlic paste.
- Mix well and steam idli in a steamer.
- Serve hot with chutney
