Core Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities
Selected interns will receive comprehensive exposure across:

Community & Welfare Activation: Planning and executing outreach activities across Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), housing societies, and regional social groups through structured welfare and awareness camps.

On-Ground Field Promotions: Managing end-to-end setups for promotional kiosks, event desks, and experiential branding in high-density residential and commercial clusters.

Direct Customer Engagement: Interacting directly with prospective clients/beneficiaries to explain offerings, address queries, and record verified lead and footfall data.

Vendor & Material Management: Coordinating on-site branding collaterals (canopies, standees, brochures, audio setups) and managing local logistical setups.

Market Intelligence: Gathering customer feedback and conducting micro-market audits to identify high-potential catchment areas for brand expansion.

Eligibility & Target Student Profile
Eligible Batches: Final-year and Pre-final-year students / Recent graduates.

Preferred Courses: BMS, BMM, BBA, MBA (Marketing / Mass Communication), or related disciplines.

Key Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in the local regional language, and enthusiasm for on-field execution and public interaction.
