Job DescriptionRole & Responsibility for Clinic Head
We are looking for a confident and empathetic Healthcare Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls. You will act as the primary point of contact for patients, doctors, and healthcare providers. Your role is to address inquiries, schedule consultations, explain medical services or treatments, and maintain accurate data records
- Patient Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, showing empathy and clarity regarding sensitive health queries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments with doctors and specialists.
- Information Support: Provide accurate details regarding hospital departments, available physicians, treatment packages, and operational timings.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients or clients to explain healthcare services, follow up on inquiries, and drive consultations or conversions.
- CRM Management: Log all call interactions, patient details, and follow-up schedules accurately into the system software.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with internal medical staff, front desk teams, or logistics/warehouse units (for medical product suppliers) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of telecalling, customer care, or sales experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, BPO, or medical environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with active listening skills. Proficiency in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, or local language) is mandatory.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software tools.
- Personality: Patient, polite, target-driven, and capable of handling stressful or urgent medical situations with a calm demeanor.
