BANGALORE (reporterkarnataka.com): Madhavabaga Ayurvedic Cardiac Care Clinic has launched a campaign called SAVE MY HEART in Karnataka.
The aim is to raise awareness to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular problems in the general population.
Save My Heart is a heart health program that prevents and cures disease. Under this program, a statewide awareness campaign is being conducted to identify early stage disease and to take appropriate treatment and measures against risk factors for heart disease.
The campaign was launched during the grand opening of the Madhava Bagh Clinic in Basaveshwara Nagar. Speaking on this occasion
RSS leader Arvind Rao Deshpande said, “We have seen heart disease from an early age due to sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy eating habits and work-related stress.
Initiatives such as the Madhavabaga Save My Heart campaign will certainly help address this challenge by raising awareness of the prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases. ”
Arvindrao Deshpande, Tejaswini Anantumar, and filmmaker Prem released the book “Leaving Without Diabetes”. Speaking at the event, renowned film actor Prem Kumar said, “Madhavbagh’s ‘Save My Heart’ campaign is aimed at rural and urban areas. “I would like to thank the Madhavabag organization for taking the reform measures of the people of our state.”
Over the past two years, the organization has hosted more than 250 events in various cities of Karnataka, reaching more than 15,000 people. Commenting on this progress, Dr. Madhavabaga chief (Karnataka) Dr Prasad Deshpande said, “We are confident of increasing the number of such programs to 500 in the next 12 months. These programs include lectures, webinars, workshops and counseling and treatment on sickness, ‘
He said, “Better treatment is needed to reduce heart disease-related deaths. Our organization has designed the ‘Save My Heart’ Heart Disease Prevention Program based on guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Government of India and the State of Karnataka.
The program included filmmakers Prem, RSSSSS Sanghachachalak Arvind Deshpande of North Karnataka, founder and social activist Tejaswini Ananthakumar of the Adyama Chetan Foundation, and Dr. SP Dayananda, director of DSMax Properties.
